Constance "Connie" Cox Strother

Funeral services for Constance "Connie" Morgan Cox Strother will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Dr. Randy Hales officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. Saturday prior service time. Connie was born December 26, 1953 in Springhill, Louisiana and entered into rest December 15, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eva Rae Morgan; first husband, Harmon W. Cox, III; brother Gary Morgan, and twin grandsons, Jackson and Hunter Taylor. She is survived by her husband, Roy Strother of Minden; daughters, Regina Cox Butcher and husband Wade of Minden and Amanda Cox Horn and husband Jack,III of Carthage, Texas; grandchildren, Harlee, Luke, Abigail, Jack, and Wyatt; brother, Dalton Morgan and wife Kathy of Sarepta; stepchildren, Shane Strother of Minden, Kimberly Owen of Springhill, and Charis Gates of Granvy, Colorado; seven step-grandchildren, and ten step-great-grandchildren.
