Chrystal "Crissy" Jean Chamblee

Chrystal Jean Chamblee suddenly passed away in the hospital on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at the age of 51. Surrounded by her son and siblings. Crissy was born in Vivian, Louisiana on January 11th, 1974. Crissy was the daughter of Joan Marie Taylor and Robert Chamblee.

She is survived by her children, Chase Henderson, and Bethany Meder, and her siblings, Robbie Chamblee and Tanya Sikes. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Faith Henderson; mother, Joan Taylor and aunt, Patsy Beckman.

Crissy enjoyed being a homemaker all her life. She loved the Lord, her family, her friends, and her dog Clover. She had a special place in her heart for her youngest niece Layla Sikes.

She saw the world in shades of purple and just like her favorite color, she was rare, unique, and a little bit of a mystery to all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered forever. A small private memorial will be held at a later date.
