He touched the hearts of everyone he encountered with his gentle spirit and genuine care for others. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, laughter, and devotion will live on in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Chris was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mary Wallace, and his sister, Mary Roberts.

He is also survived by his sister, Cynthia Wallace Hawkins and husband, Mike; his brother, Rick Wallace and wife, Cheryl; and his sons, Tyler Wallace and wife, Michaela, and Kyle Wallace and wife, Melissa. His grandchildren, McKenzie, Julie, and Tucker, brought him great joy.

Serving Chris as honorary pallbearers will be his sons, Tyler Wallace and Kyle Wallace; nephews, Gary Bragg III and Clinton Wallace; son-in-law, Donnie Dunn, and stepson, Aiden Sutherland.
He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Blake Lee, and wife, Emily, and his stepchildren, Aiden Sutherland and Lauren Terry, Harleigh Dunn and husband, Donnie, and Mason Sutherland and wife, Hailey.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Leslie Sewell, Dr. Felicia, Dr. Bindra, and the nursing staff at Baylor Scott & White in Dallas, Texas. They would also like to thank everyone who has donated to help Chris’s family.
