Christopher Dale Dykes

Funeral service celebrating the life of Christopher Dale Dykes, 48, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St. Mansfield, Louisiana, with Bro. Jimmy Price and Bro. Jim Granberry officiating. Interment will follow at Hunter Magnolia Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. service time Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.

Christopher Dale Dykes was born on March 28, 1978 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Dale Andrew Dykes and Marilyn C. Rivers McCormic and passed away September 25, 2026 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Christopher was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Cleo Darden and Webster Rivers; paternal grandparents, Gloria and Charles Dykes.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Courtney Baucum – Dykes; sons, Tyler and Kris; daughters, Taylor (Joseph), Kayson (Nick), and Wrinden (Dylan); grandchildren, Joseph, Jr., Lakelynn, Waylon, Haileigh, Adaleigh, Wesley, Emery, and one due in December; sister, Kimberly Saffel, and brother, Jonathan Wagstaff.

Honoring Christopher as pallbearers will be James Read, John Wheeler Brandon Broussard, Bobby Norman, Chris Meyers, Ried Amey, Joseph Hurd, and Jeff Fossman.
