Graveside services for Christine Ash Rice will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Dave Cash officiating. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana.
Christine was born August 24, 1925 in Evergreen, Louisiana and entered into rest June 3, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana. She was a retired officer with the Minden Police Department. Christine loved people and had many friends and will be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband Auther A. Rice.
She is survived by her son, Lt. Dwain Rice with University State Police, granddaughter, Ashley Cash and husband Dave of Spring, Texas, and great-grandchildren, Hannah and Caleb Cash.
