Charlotte Cascio

A Funeral Mass for Charlotte Louise Cascio, 73, will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 522 E. Flournoy Lucas Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery, 3700 St. Vincent Ave. in Shreveport. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Monsignor Rothell Price and Father Charles Glorioso.

Charlotte was born on February 21, 1950 in Amarillo, Texas to Howard Loye Sanders and Betty Joe Kincaid Sanders and passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023 in Shreveport.

Charlotte was married to the love of her life, Roy Cascio for 52 wonderful years. She was a faithful, devoted wife, true Christian, strong, pure example of God’s love. She truly loved God, her grandchildren, children, and husband. She was educated at Texas Instruments technical training. She was a homemaker, school bus driver, and juggled three jobs. Charlotte’s hobbies included woodworking, painting, cooking, and arts and crafts.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Loye Sanders and Betty Joe Kincaid; and her brother, Steve Morriss. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Roy Cascio; son, Chris Cascio and wife, Amanda; daughter, Cathy Almand and husband, Matt; daughter, Andrea Williams and husband, Cody; six grandchildren: Christian and Bella Cascio, Madelyn Trippel and husband, Dakota, Chloe Almand, and Tanner and Hannah Williams; sisters, Marion Norris and Beverly Bromlow; and many nieces and nephews.

Honoring Charlotte as pallbearers will be Christian Cascio, Michael Cascio, Dakota Trippel, Tanner Williams, Cody Williams, and Chris Cascio.
