Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Charles was born on November 14, 1956 to his parents Eugene and Ramona Worthington. Charles is survived by his parents, Eugene and Ramona Worthington; sons, Scott Worthington and wife Magen, Joseph Worthington and wife Freedom, Tim Worthington, Billy Worthington; daughter, Kasey Worthington; sisters, Bonnie McEntyre, Heidi Miller, Kelli Ward; brother, Ramon Worthington; grandchildren, Charles, William, Destiny, Gage, and Joseph.
