Charles R Ware

SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for Charles Ray Ware, 82, will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2014 in Forest Park West Cemetery. Officiating will be Dr. Murry Hodge. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive. Charles was born on August 2, 1931 in Hamburg, Arkansas and passed away on July 17, 2014. He was a resident of Shreveport and a member of Summer Grove Baptist Church. He served our country in the Army and was awarded Purple Heart. He was also employed as a supervisor for Bell South. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ware; siblings, Mildred Stuart, Bud Ware, Jack Ware, and Vadis Frichs. Left to cherish his memory are sons, Danny Ware and Steven Ware; grandchildren, Emily Ware, Randy Stader, and Amber Sullivan; great-grandchild, Gavin Stader; siblings, Lois Thompson, Charlene Gage, and Joyce Scott Rose-Neath Southside 2500 Southside Drive 318-687-1256
