Charles Rodney Massey

Charles Rodney Massey, 78, went to meet his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 23, 2025. He was born July 26, 1947 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Aubrey Hugh Massey and Ruby Elizabeth Douglas Massey and passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at his home in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Charles served in the Navy early in his career and retired from the casino industry in management. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren, which brought him much joy.

Left to cherish Charles' memory is his wife, Diane Massey; sons, Bryan Massey and wife, Rhonda Massey, and Johnathan Massey; grandchildren, Kaylin Massey, Jackson Massey, Sydney Massey and Layton Massey; brother, William Massey; and sisters-in-law, Martha Massey and Betty Massey.

Charles will be greatly missed, but we will forever love and cherish his memory.
