Charlene Willoughby

Funeral services celebrating the life of Charlene Willoughby will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Leland Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends Friday, June 16, 2023, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Charlene was born February 4, 1939, in Ravanna, Arkansas and entered into rest June 13, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ethel Treadway husband Kinneth Willoughby, daughter Susan Darlene Parkman, sisters, Barbarann Long, Marie Hale, and Patricia Martin, and brothers, Troy Treadway and Kenneth Treadway.

She is survived by her son, Dewayne Willoughby of Minden, brother, Allen Wayne Treadway, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and her dog, Onyx.
