He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Faye Martin. Chad is survived by his parents, Rex and Cindy Howard of Bossier City, LA; son, Joseph Howard of Jasper, TX; daughter, Sarah Howard of Leesburg, TX; stepson, Jeffery Stout of Malakoff, TX; sister, Sherell Howard Maples of New Hope, AR; fiancée, LeAnna Clarke of Longview, TX and nieces and nephews, Kevin McCrary, Brittany Reynolds, T.J. McCrary, Deanna Garcia and Tony Curtis Maple.
