Cecille "Tootie" E. Cole

She was born in Shreveport, LA on May 20, 1939 to James and Lunnie Roy. She was a florist. She owned and operated her own flower shop, Tooties Flowers, for more than 20 years. She was a member of St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. She was well known by many for her welcoming and generous spirit. She never met a stranger and her fiery spirit was contagious. Her family was always the most important thing in her life. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of more than 50 years, Terry H. Cole, Sr. She is also preceded in death by both of her parents, two sisters, and two brothers. She is survived by her four sons, Terry H. Cole, Jr., Stephen R. Cole and wife Jennifer, Gregory M. Cole and wife Lisa, and Mark A. Cole, Sr. and grandchildren, Ashley, Heather, Sheila, David, Mark, Christie, Cory, and Amy. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and one brother. Pallbearers will be Mark Cole, Jr., David Cole, Cory Cole, Stoney Ryan, Jonathan Pack, and Jeremy Stokes. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church with Father Rothell Price officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Park East Cemetery.
