Funeral service for Cecilia Jackson, of Alexandria, will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Marksville. Cecilia Myrtle Jackson, age 87, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Nathan (Cynthia) Gonzales of Italy, Stephan McGlory of Alexandria, and Don (Pamela) Adams of Alexandria; and her daughter, Veronica (William) Carrington of Pitkin. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Jackson; daughter, Lania Faye McGlory; parents, Delmus & Clara McGee; brothers, Delmus McGee, Jr. and Samuel McGee; sisters, Cali McGee, Helen McGee, and Zenobia McGee. A visitation will begin at 9:00am until time of service on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Marksville. Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville have been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
