Carolyn Fay Skinner

Carolyn Fay Skinner, 87, was born on June 21, 1937 to Royce Cave and Mabel Cave in Princeton, Texas and passed from this life on Monday, February 10, 2025.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Royce and Mabel Cave; brother-in-law, Kevin Whitshell; and sister-in-law, Lou Cave. She is survived by her husband, James Larry Skinner of Stonewall, Louisiana; daughters, Lina Claire Peterson of Many, Louisiana and Judith Peterson of Alexandria, Louisiana; step-daughters, Melanie MaGhay of Shreveport, Louisiana, Julia Skinner, and Ginger Warren of Shreveport, Louisiana; sister, JoAnn Whitshell of McKinney, Texas; brother, Jim Cave of Princeton, Texas; favorite cousin, Bobby Ann Bell; nephews, Brad Whitshell, Brent Whitshell, and Bryce Whitshell; and niece, Crystal Cave.
