Affectionately known as Nana to her family, Carole loved spending time with all her children, grands, and great grands. They loved for her to read to them or play hide-in-seek. Always busy, she loved gardening, working in her yard, crocheting, reading, Bible study, sewing, crossword puzzles, playing any kind of game whether Nintendo or games she found on Pogo. She loved watching sports especially football or golf. She loved LSU and the Saints but Dallas was her all-time favorite.

Our deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Pardue for always going the extra mile to provide outstanding care over the years and eventually when needed exceptional care that insured Carole’s comfort and maintained her dignity. Additionally, we want to thank the Springhill Medical Center Station 2 nursing team for treating Carole like one of their own while providing care above and beyond our expectations. Furthermore, we are especially grateful for the support and guidance provided by the caring professionals at Gentiva Hospice. Finally, a sincere thank you to the staff at Timber Springs & Rehab for their kindness and support during Carole’s time there.
