Bruce J. Ponthieux, Sr.

Bruce Ponthieux, Sr., of Marksville, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jamie Ponthieux (Betty) of Marksville and Bruce Ponthieux, Jr. of Marksville; sisters, Phyllis Ponthieux of Kenner, Barbara Dauzart of Simmesport, Linda Dauzat (Freddie) of Marksville, Donna Ponthieux of Marksville, and Elaine Ponthieux of Marksville; he is also survived by several neices and nephews.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Philip & Leona Ponthieux; brother, John Ponthieux.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville.
