Brooke Farris

Memorial services celebrating the life of Brooke Farris will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Converse, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jimmy Price, Rev. Brian Rankin, and Coday Johnston.

Brooke Farris was born on October 11, 1994, in Shreveport, Louisiana, and entered into rest on December 6, 2022, in Mansfield, Louisiana.

Brooke is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Jimmie Wheless and Tony Powell.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Newt Farris; daughter, Kimber Farris; parents, Jason and Connie Powell; sisters, Brittnay Wheless, Stormi Whitaker; brother, Ashton Powell; grandparents, Doug and Pauline Williams, and Billie Powell; nieces, Ashlyn Williams, Paizleigh Wheless, Charli Moton, Collyns Hart, Brylee Shaw; nephews, Jase Williams, Ayden Shaw; mother-in-law, Tina Farris; father-in-law, Dennis Farris, Sr; brother-in-law, D.J. Farris and wife, Rachel; aunts, Nicki Williams and Renee Adams; uncles, Doug Williams, and Thomas Adams; a host of friends and her Just Teasin’ Hair Salon family.
