Brian S. Poole

Shreveport, LA- Brian S. Poole 44, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. He was born January 28, 1976 in Shreveport, LA to Jan and Steve Poole. Brian graduated from Grawood Christian Academy in 1994. After graduation he spent a year working at Jerry Savelle Ministries in Fort Worth, TX. Brian was certified in HVAC, a profession he really liked. Brian enjoyed working out and jogging. He was very compassionate and everyone he met loved him. Above everything else Brian loved his family and his chocolate lab, KoKo. Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Olen Creech, and Louise and Charlie Poole; uncle, Martin Poole; and aunts, Martha Kendrick and Dianne Poole; and cousin, Gabriel Poole. He is survived by his mother, Jan Poole; father, Steve Poole and wife Jan; his loving grandmother, Mary Creech; three brothers, Brandon Poole, Scott McDaniel and Dustin McDaniel; girlfriend, Jen Langlois; nieces and nephews, Jordan Poole, Madison Poole, Dalton Poole, Colin McDaniel and Cara McDaniel; aunts and uncles, Carolyn Savelle and husband Jerry, Russel Poole, Roger Poole and wife Sandy, Carolyn Price and husband Claude, Peggy Williams and husband Jerry, Pam Poole and Jere Kendrick; and cousins, Jerriann Savelle and Terri Savelle-Foy, Tracey Ezell, Kelley Poole, Ryan Poole, Kami McDaniel, Brittany McInnis, Jeremy Williams, Kimberly Wise, Shelley Massey, Aaron Kendrick, Brooke Mitch and Caleb Price; and many, many friends. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020 in the chapel of Rose-Neath Southside. A gathering of friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. until service time. Brians family would like to thank a very special friend, Lisa Hildreth for being there for us and helping us through this very difficult time.
