Brenda B. Risinger

Graveside services for Brenda Risinger will be held Friday, February 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Pastor Larry Bass.

Brenda was born May 19, 1960, in Marshall, Texas and entered into rest February 18, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Brenda was a woman of great faith. She loved Jesus and her family. She also loved studying the Word of God; Brenda was a true woman of prayer. She exhibited wit, lovingkindness, and generosity. We celebrate the time we were blessed to spend with her here on Earth and greatly rejoice that she is with her Lord.

She is survived by her husband, David Lee Risinger of Princeton; son, Adam Barbee (Katy) of Oil City; daughter, Heather Barbee McGuire (Jeremy) of Houston, Texas; brothers, Wayne Ray Bruner of Augusta, Georgia and Harold Bruner of Ruston; sisters, Charline Woods of Ruston and Judy B. Szymonski of Montana, and seven grandchildren.
