Funeral services for Bonnie Kavanaugh Green will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Bob Latham and Reverend Donnie Vercher officiating. The visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana. Interment will be held at Grove Hill Cemetery located in Mansfield, Louisiana. Bonnie was born on November 4, 1940 in Mansfield, Louisiana to Louis Earlton Kavanaugh and Eula Mae Scott Kavanaugh. She entered into rest on Monday, June 14, 2021 in Mansfield, Louisiana. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She worked thirty-three years as a Lab Technician at Pleasant Hill General Hospital and Desoto Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph Kavanaugh; sister, Ann Rambin. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Douglas R. Green of Mansfield, Louisiana; daughter, Karen Palmer and husband Robert of Mansfield, Louisiana; grandchildren, Phillip Palmer and wife Sarah of Mansfield, Louisiana, Jarratt Palmer and wife Tabitha of Mansfield, Louisiana; great-grandchildren, Riley Palmer, Zane Palmer, Kinley Palmer, Teagan Palmer, and Addison Palmer. Honoring Bonnie as pallbearers will be Bubba English, Gary Calhoun, Bubba Huey, Delmar Rambin, Mike Rambin, and David Villemarette. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be James Grice, Bo Palmer, Tommy Mason, Jimmy Gallaspy, Kenneth Hughes, Vernon Sebastian, and Bobby McPhearson The family request in lieu of flowers that donations are made to Grove Hill Cemetery Association, 5532 Hwy. 509, Mansfield, Louisiana 71052.
