Bobby G Collins

Funeral services for Bobby G. Collins will be held Friday, October 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Bill Crider officiating. Interment will follow at Brushwood Cemetery in Dubberly, Louisiana. The family will receive friends Friday at 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Bobby was born October 14, 1940, in Oil City, Louisiana and entered into rest October 18, 2022, in Dubberly, Louisiana. He was a self-employed master mechanic and sold insurance for Kilpatrick Life Insurance Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lynda Collins; son Christopher Collins; and grandson, Michael Dubois.

He is survived by his son, William Collins and wife Phillis; daughters, Terrie Dubois and husband Jerry and Bobbie Sterling and husband Jack; sisters, Linda France and husband Don, Pamela Zabel and husband Henry, and Marlene Gazda and husband Jerry; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; and best friend George and wife Jeanette Haydel.
