Celebrating the life of Billie Ann Mays. April 2, 1936 - December 25, 2020 Billie Ann was born in Magnolia, Arkansas to her parents, Edna Juanita, and Willie Franklin Barnett. She entered into rest in Homer, La and spent her final years in her longtime home of Arcadia, La. She was preceded in death by her husband Elgin Mays of Arcadia, her parents, and her brother, Samuel Barnett of Monroe, La. She is survived by her brothers John Barnett of Ruston, La and William Barnett of Minden La, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Simsboro Cemetery in Simsboro, La with Bro. Jeff Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Arcadia. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath in Arcadia, La.
