Bill "Sweet" Love

Funeral Services honoring the life of Bill \"Sweet\" Love will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St., Mansfield, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Union Springs Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Brother Toby Shaw. Sweet was born on December 14, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to Will Roe and Lora Mae Worsham Love. He entered into eternal rest on March 4, 2021, at his home in Converse, Louisiana, surrounded by his loving family. Sweet loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved the times spent singing and jamming to music with his buddies, watching LSU sports and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Sweet was a one-of-a-kind individual, who will truly be missed. He never met a stranger. He would give anyone the shirt off his back. To know Sweet, was to love him. Preceding Sweet in death were his parents; sister, Patsy Hubier and brothers, Beaux Love and Bobby Love. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tina Cortinez Love of Converse LA; son, Dalton Love and wife, Sabrina of Converse LA; special niece, April Lodatto and husband, Tony of Benton LA; life-long friend, Karen Burr of Mansfield, LA and numerous friends and family members. Honoring Sweet as pallbearers will be Justin Mahaffey, Kevin Hubier, Josh Dayries, Kevin McWhorter, Tatum Hubier, and Stacey Snead. Serving as Honorary pallbearers will be April Lodatto, Karen Burr and Paige Snelling.
