Beverly was born December 17, 1948 in San Diego, California and entered into rest August 17, 2021 in Minden, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Ester Avant and brother Leslie L. Avant. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Parker (Christopher) of Maryland; grandson Lee Hunter Williams; and partner, Don Lewis of Homer.
