Betty Joyce Means

BOSSIER CITY LA - Ms. Betty Joyce (Ouzts) Means, of Bossier City, Louisiana, born on July 24, 1931 in McIntyre, Louisiana, passed away at age 87, on August 18, 2018. Betty graduated from Doyline High in 1948. Betty became an Executive Assistant at International Paper in the Accounting Department where she worked for over twenty years and made many lifelong friends. She was also a member of the Midyett Sunday School Class at First United Methodist Church of Bossier City. Betty is survived by her son, David Means; daughter, Ann Means Payne; brother, James Ouzts; sister, Marilyn Tubbs; and grandchildren, Chelsea Payne, Davis Evans, Alex Payne, and Sofie Payne.
