Funeral services for Betty McInnis Lee, 90, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Ronald LaCaze.

Betty was born on April 8, 1932 in Natchitoches, Louisiana to Justine LaCaze and Gracie LaCaze and passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, dancing and cooking. She loved making meat pies and hot tamales, but Cajun food was her specialty. Her door was always open with something sweet to eat for her family and friends. She loved sports and big  family gatherings.

Betty is preceded in death by her first husband of 37 years and father of her four children, Morris Ray McInnis; her second husband, Bill Lee and brother, Douglas LaCaze. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Morris Ray McInnis, II (Butch) and wife, Larla; daughters, Cindy Rinaudo and husband, Steve, Deanna Freeman and husband, Frank and Kayla Ferrier and husband, Craig; brother, Kirby LaCaze and wife, Miriam; sister, Chesteen Jacoby and husband, Richard; nine grandchildren, Chris McInnis and wife, Karen, Holly Revere and husband, Jason, Kelly Birdsong and husband, DJ, Stephen Rinaudo and wife, Lauren, Anthony Rinaudo and wife, Brooke, Tiffany Miciotto and husband, Jason, Melvin Yawn Jr., David Ferrier and wife, Britini and Madelyn Ferrier and 22 great-grandchildren.

Honoring Betty as pallbearers will be Chris McInnis, David Ferrier, DJ Birdsong, Stephen Rinaudo, Anthony Rinaudo and Jason Revere. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Melvin Yawn, Jr. and Jason Miciotto.
