Our beloved mother, Belia Arana Kulick, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026, at the age of 86, surrounded by her loving family.

Known as “Betty” to many friends and family, her life was truly a gift. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her incredible energy, vibrant charisma, and the joy she brought everywhere she went. She was always the life of the party — the first one on the dance floor and the very last to leave it.

Betty had a deep and unwavering love for her family, for Elvis Presley, and for Chick-fil-A — three things that never failed to make her smile.

She is survived by her children, Robert Kulick Jr.; Marie Sessum (Jody); and Joseph Kulick (Janel); her six grandchildren, Shawn Kulick (Kathleen), Kristina Reigle (Justin), Amanda Sessum, Leann Sessum, Valerie Kulick, and Joshua Kulick; and her eight great-grandchildren, Adelaide, Dax, Laci, John, Maylee, Kannen, Matthew and Spencer. She is also survived by her cousin Frankie Hartsell (Patty), their children James and Andrea, and their grandchildren.

She was greeted in Heaven by her beloved mother, Carmen; her husband, Robert Kulick Sr.; her sister, Rose; her niece, Sella; her nephew, David and her best friend Nelly.

In lieu of flowers, Betty would want you to be kind, be patient, and love one another. She would also want you to stop being “fuddy-duddies and party poopers,” and to say hello to everyone for her. (In fact, she’d probably suggest you open your window or door and yell, “HELLO EVERYONE!!”)

Her spirit, laughter, and love will live on in all who knew her.
