Becky Mae Pierce

Becky Mae Hardin Pierce entered this world on November 12, 1960 and was called home on January 13, 2021. She was born in Madison, Indiana to Clara Mae Russell and Jessie Arthur Hardin. Being the oldest of four gave Becky the natural instinct to be a loving caregiver. The one thing she wished in this life was to be a mother and a wife. Becky worked briefly for a meatpacking plant, where she met her husband, Robert Pierce Sr. A few years after getting married, Becky completed her wish and had a little boy, Robert Pierce Jr. Becky was living proof that big things come in small packages. She had a beautiful heart, but she wasn't one to be pushed around. She'd set you straight in a heartbeat. Becky also liked to have a good time with her friends and family, this was very important to her. She enjoyed her TV shows and word search puzzles in her down time. However, most times you could find her in the kitchen, cooking supper for her family. Becky was survived by her husband Robert and their son, affectionately known as Robbie. She was also survived by her siblings; Roy Hardin, James Cole, and Loretta Hilen. She left behind many family and friends and will be surely missed. Fly high, Becky. We love you. A Memorial Service honoring Becky will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia, Louisiana. Visitation will be held at 1:00 P.M.
