Barbie Lynn Bachman

Barbie Lynn Bachman, 43, of Zwolle, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on July 3, 2022 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many, Louisiana.

Barbie was born on August 11, 1978 in Holdrege, Nebraska to William N. Bachman and Ann M Hotaling.

Barbie enjoyed the little things in life. She loved to fish with her son, go to town multiple times a day, with her “old man” as she called him, and spend the evenings at her daughter’s house. She most definitely enjoyed being with her granddaughter, Brynleigh Reign, or as she called her,“Nanas Tootie”. Her family and friends were everything to her. Overall, she loved to have a good time and she always brought the party with her. She will truly be deeply missed. 

Barbie was preceded by her grandmother, Barbara Hotaling and aunt, Jane Cooley. She is survived by her father, Bill Bachman of Smithport, PA; mother, Ann Hotaling of Daisetta, TX; significant other, Herman Meshell of Zwolle, LA; daughter, Andrea Meshell and partner Austin Sepulvado of Zwolle, LA; son, Lucas Meshell of Zwolle, LA; stepson, Ray Meshell and wife Amanda of Fisher, LA; stepdaughter, Melisa Meshell of Converse, LA; brothers, Lloyd Bachman and wife Shannon of NC, Terry Bachman of CO, and Adam Bachman of PA; sisters, Pamela Edwards of Daisetta, TX and Christina Bachman of Dayton, TX; grandchildren, Logan Meshell, Daniel “Jr” Gandy, and Brynleigh Sepulvado; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
