Barbara C. Milford

Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Stephen Beard officiating. Family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. at the cemetery prior to the service.

Barbara was born August 21, 1943, in Winnfield, Louisiana and went to be with her Lord and Savior August 10, 2026, in Minden, Louisiana. She was retired from the Caddo Parish School system where she loved working with special needs children for over 23 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Corrine Johns.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years Larry Milford, son, Lawrence Milford, daughter Liesl Milford, grandson Lance Milford (wife Gabriella) and one great-grandson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lance Milford, Luke Miller, Benton Johns, Richard Johns, Edward Johns, and Steven Johns.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude towards her wonderful team of caregivers who treated her with such dignity and love.
