Anna Langenstein

Anna Langenstein passed from this world October 7, 2018 and is now totally healed and at peace. Born February 18, 1926 in Shreveport and graduated from Byrd High. She attended Northwestern State Univ. and the Univ. of Pennsylvania receiving her Dental Hygienist Degree. She was the first Dental Hygienist in Shreveport, working at a dental clinic in Fair Park High School. She later worked for Doctors Yearwood and Harrison, pediatric dentists. After retirement, she volunteered for 2000+ hours at P&S Hospital. A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018, at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, LA.
