Allen "Rusty" Tilroe Bamburg

Celebration of life and going home service for Allen "Rusty" Bamburg, Jr., 74, will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Coushatta, LA at 10:00 AM with Bro. Richard Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at Union Hall Cemetery in Coushatta, LA. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM. Rusty was born May 17, 1947, in Coushatta, LA, to Allen Tilroe Bamburg, Sr. and Hazel Wren Bamburg and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 3, 2021, in Shreveport, LA. He loved old cars, airplanes and still had the 1967 Chevelle he got for a graduation gift. Preceding him in death were his parents and an infant sister. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Judy M. Bamburg; son, Allen T. Bamburg, III and fiancé, Ashley; granddaughter, Jaylee Cannon; and numerous close cousins and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Scotty Swayze, William Brown, Johnathan Brown, Colton Bryant, Mike Bamburg, and Russell Bamburg, Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Bolyer, Steve Bamburg, Lewis Bamburg, and Paul Moseley. A special thanks to Paul and Karen Moseley for their loving care during his illness.
