Alicia Michelle Duvall Woodward

June 22, 1987 — April 3, 2024

Alicia Michelle Duvall Woodward

Alicia was born on June 22, 1987, to Michael and Patricia Duvall in Shreveport, LA and entered into rest on April 3, 2024, surrounded by family.  She was married to Randall Woodward and had two beautiful children, Aubrey and Sawyer Woodward.  She worked as a kindergarten paraprofessional at Converse High School.

Working with children was one of her greatest joys in life.  She ran a daycare before her children started school and continued to stay in contact with many of the kids she kept long after they were at her daycare. Once she started working as a para at CHS she really found her passion.  She went above and beyond for the kids she worked with and loved them like her own.

Her family was of the utmost importance to her.  Long before she had children of her own, she was her niece’s biggest supporter in all that they did.  She was at every event and milestone moment she possibly could be.  Once her own children were born she was still just as involved with her nieces as she was her own children’s activities.  Ally loved watching her kids and her nieces participate in their many sports and events.

Ally loved board games, video games, reading, movies and just about anything that she could do with her family.  She loved to travel, try new things, Harry Potter (she was a Hufflepuff for those wondering), watching cooking shows, and all things Disney.  She loved her kids fiercely and they made her so very proud.  Ally always tried to make sure everyone knew how much she loved them.

Those left to cherish her memory and ensure she is NEVER forgotten are her husband of 13 years Randall Woodward, her children Aubrey Woodward and Sawyer Woodward, stepson Carson Lewis, her parents Michael Duvall and Patricia Duvall, her sister Heather LaRoux and husband Stephen, her nieces Skyler, Summer, Sienna, and Sophie LaRoux, as well as a host of other family and many, many friends. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Ryals, Stephen LaRoux Gene Woodward, and Trayce Ezernack.  She was loved deeply and will forever be on our hearts and minds as we try to navigate this world without her.
