Above all, Alice cherished her family. She looked forward to every gathering and took joy in the presence of her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Homer Covin Sistrunk; and her brother and sister-in-law, Bertie and Kay Henderson.
She is survived by her son, Scott Sistrunk and his wife Lei; her grandchildren, Chalet and Grant Williams, Chelsy and Stephen Green, Palei Escobar and DeAndre Walpool; and her great-grandchildren, Reahei Walpool, Ashlyn Williams, Riley Green, Adam Williams, Roycei Walpool, and Avery Green. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend and sister-in-law, Lynn Shoalmire.

Pallbearers will be Grant Williams, Stephen Green, DeAndre Walpool, John Henderson, Adam Sistrunk, Greg Shoalmire, and Steven Schuman. Honorary pallbearers are Adam Williams and Avery Green.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Alice’s memory.
