Graveside services for Mrs. Ada Mae McFayden, 97, will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Arthur Vance. Ada was born on June 1, 1924 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Marshal Humphries and Alice Eberhardt and went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 5, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mrs. McFayden is preceded in death by her husband, William McFayden. Left to cherish her memory is her brother, John Humphries and wife, Brenda; sister, Pat Humphries, all of Shreveport, Louisiana; niece, Kelly Morris and husband, Jon of Lake Worth, Florida; nephew, Glenn Humphries and wife, Carol of Mooringsport, Louisiana; and great nephews, Matthew Rivadeneira of Lake Worth, Florida and Christopher Rivadeneira of York, Pennsylvania. The family suggests any memorial be made to a charity of their choice.
