HOMER, LA: A graveside service was held for Mr. Blondell Ware, 86, at Ware\'s Chapel Cemetery, of Emerson, AR, on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., with Rev. Danny Tripplett, officiating. The family received friends at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5-7 P.M.Blondell was born May 15, 1932, in Ware Chapel, AR, to Arthur R. and Clara Carter Ware. He entered into rest on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, in Homer, LA. When Blondell was young, he and one of his brother saddled a cow to ride. He loved to hunt so he could put food on the table. Blondell drove a log truck all his live to provide for his family. He was a prankster and loved to play with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Blondell was known to have shot Rudolph and scared Santa. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and would always tell anyone who came to visit him as they were leaving, "I love you!" He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry Dell Ware; four brothers, David R. Ware, James A. Ware, Samuel Glendon Ware, and Bobby Houston Ware; and two sisters, Lorena Alford and Florece Ward.He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Emily Ruth Emerson Ware; son, Johnny Ware and wife Diane; two daughters, Patricia Hicks and husband Steve and Lisa Punch: eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers were Ryan Ware, Clayton Ware, Joshua Sellers, Charles Cottrell, Robert Lee, and Matt Lee.
